Terms & Conditions

SingVan events are operated by Battle One Media, LLC.

Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

Weather
Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions at SingVan’s discretion.

Liability
Client is responsible for securing permission to use event location and ensuring access to adequate space and power if required.

SingVan reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
